Brown Bag Parties files siut against Pure Romance

Brown Bag Parties Home Office has filed suit against Pure Romance and their CEO Christopher Cicchinelli for Slander, Libel and Assault. I have copied and pasted the information directly here but you can follow the link below to follow this lawsuit.

Of course none of us really know what the details are here. However, in my personal opinion this is going to cause a "war" between BBP and PR Consultants. I am looking forward to seeing what happens in this case and the case Pure Romance filed against the Reps that left to go to Brown Bag Parties.

My only thought is this: Slander/Libel is a very hard case to prove. It is going to be a very difficult for BBP to provide sufficient proof to win that part of the case without a "smoking gun" type of document. Let's watch and see what happens from here. Good Luck to all parties involved.
