The clitoris probably holds the key to female ejaculation for most women. If the clitoris is not stimulated a woman is less likely to become highly aroused. What Do You Stimulate the Female Prostate With?
Now that you know the location of the female prostate you will want to know how to stimulate it. The most versatile tools to use are your fingers. Adventures individuals may want to slip a finger or two into their own or their partner's vagina while they urinate so they can feel the urine passing through the urethra. This will help you locate its exact position. Once you have located the urethra you have a basis for seeking out a possible area along it that is highly sensitive to stimulation, a G-Spot.

In her DVD Female Ejaculation & The G-Spot ( which is on my online store) Deborah Sundahl presents information about the anatomy and location of the female prostate gland gathered by Dr. Zaviacic and published in 1999. He found 70% of women have a ramp-shaped prostate gland where the thickest part is situated near the urethral opening, 15% have a ramp-shaped prostate where the thickest part is located near the bladder, 7% have a prostate gland that is thickest near the middle of the urethra, and 8% of women have a "rudimentary prostate" that has few ducts and glands. What Is and Who Has a G-Spot?
The female prostate and the "Grafenberg spot" or "G-Spot" ARE NOT necessarily the same thing, or in the same location. And you thought all your worries would be over once you located the prostate gland. Some say the G-Spot is an area of high sensitivity located within the female prostate or is located further back along the urethra, closer to the bladder. The problem with any definition is the sensitivity of the G-Spot is unlikely to be constant. If a woman is not sexually aroused she may not have a G-Spot. If the same woman is highly aroused and her prostate gland is engorged with prostatic fluid she may have a very distinct G-Spot. There are perhaps women who are not aware of a G-Spot even though they ejaculate and experience a more intense orgasm when their prostate is stimulated. It is for these reasons that it is important for the reader not to form a concrete definition of what a G-Spot is. Each woman will create her own definition, one valid only for her.

The next question for debate concerns whether or not "all" women have a G-Spot or G-crest. This is not really a valid question, as the G-Spot indicates the "sensitivity" of a non-specific area of tissue. The "G-Crest" defines the swollen "condition" of the female prostate during sexual arousal. At present there are no anatomical structure clearly associated with the "G-Spot." This is in part why people have trouble finding it. What one needs to look for are the female prostate and urethra. How Much Liquid is Released?
The amount of fluid released during ejaculation is reported to vary from a couple drops to almost two cups, 15 ounces [444 ml]. Two cups is a lot of liquid, can it really be that much? The average size of the female prostate is 1.3 inches long 0.75 inches wide 0.4 inches in height (3.3 x 1.9 x 1 cm). An elliptical container about this size when filled with water would hold 0.17 oz [5 ml] or 1 teaspoon. A cylindrical shape 0.75 inches across would hold 0.32 oz. If the female prostate can contain less than 0.4 oz where does the other 14.6 ounces come from? One study found women produced 30 to 50 ml [1 to 1.7 oz] [6 to 10 teaspoons] in 30 to 50 seconds. Okay, but 2 ounces is still a far cry from 15 ounces. Some believe the female prostate swells with fluid during sexual arousal, which would account for the greater volume of fluid. The prostate would need to increase in size by a factor of at least 9 if this is to be true. Interestingly enough the female bladder can hold about 16 ounces of fluid, and this is surprising close to the maximum amount of ejaculate reported.

Keep in mind the female prostate will continue to produce fluid for as long as a woman is sexually aroused, and as result a woman could produce more than 0.2 to 2.0 oz of ejaculate if multiple releases of fluid occurs. If the female prostate fills and empties at a rapid rate that would explain the larger volumes of fluid measured by some investigators. It would also mean the longer a woman's orgasm lasted the more she would ejaculate, as is often the case. If this is all true it is possible for a woman to ejaculate a considerable amount of fluid without it being liquid from the bladder. Obviously more research needs to be done to clarify this; perhaps using transvaginal ultrasound to observe the prostate during sexual arousal and orgasm.

Do All Women Ejaculate?
Given that all women have a prostate gland they all likely produce ejaculate, even if they are not aware of it. The fluid may seep out and mix unnoticed with other body fluids rather than being a distinctive gush of liquid during sexual activity. The prostate probably contributes regularly to the moisture present at the vulva, as indicated by the presence of PAP on their underwear. In the absence of or in conjunction with sexual arousal the prostate may overflow causing the fluid to seep out through the urethra. This release of fluid could be caused by the blood engorgement of the surrounding tissues and the pressures placed on the vaginal wall during sexual arousal and internal stimulation. The fluid in the prostate would likely be released or expelled during orgasm when the pelvic muscles contract. While the volume of ejaculate released may vary from woman to woman it is likely present in all women, and they do not have voluntary control over its release.

Where Does Ejaculate Come From?
Very little medical research has addressed the source or sources of female ejaculate. The research that has been completed often provides conflicting results. Some research concludes it is only fluid from the female prostate while other research says it is mostly liquid from the bladder with trace amounts of fluid from the female prostate. It is my believe that in some cases all of the fluid emitted from a woman's urethra is from the female prostate, in other cases is a mixture of fluid from the female prostate and bladder, and in other cases it is only from the bladder. We simply do not know where the fluid originates from in every instance.

How can you tell if a woman is releasing fluid from her bladder or prostate? This is a question that cannot be answered outside a medical lab. There is no accurate way of determining whether a woman is voluntarily or involuntarily releasing liquid from her bladder or ejaculating prostatic fluid. These fluids all exit the body through the urethra so the visible source is the same for them all. I'm not aware of any color, taste, or scent test that can be applied to the expelled liquid that will accurately distinguish them from one another. We are left with no other choice than to see them as indistinguishable, the same.

In her book The Clitoral Truth Rebecca Chalker states a simple smell test will tell you if it is urine or ejaculate. If the fluid has an acrid scent it is urine. This may be true but what difference does or should it make? My concern is that if a woman or her partner decides she is releasing liquid from her bladder then they may see it as undesirable and/or inappropriate. My position is, it does not matter what type of fluid is expelled, and being concerned about it creates a barrier to pleasure for women. It is okay to be curious about these fluids, that is only natural, but it is inappropriate to judge them.

If you read the information presented on the website of Dr. Gary Schubach he states his research has shown the majority of the fluid that is expelled originates in the bladder, but the expelled fluid is not quite normal urine. In his research the woman's bladder was emptied using a catheter prior to orgasm. During orgasm a catheter was in place and connected to a collection bag. Analysis of the fluid expelled during orgasm is the basis for his claim. There is one flaw with his methodology, the bladder sphincter is normally closed. If it were not, liquid in the bladder would simply flow out and there would be no "ejaculation" of fluid. What is the significance of creating an artificial passage and collecting the fluid expelled from the bladder during pelvic muscles contractions? During orgasm does this passage normally exist even if only momentarily? Some claim otherwise or that ejaculate actually enters the bladder rather than exiting from it. Even if fluid does collect in the bladder during sexual arousal would it normally be expelled during orgasm? Are all women the same or are there "normal variations?" Dr. Schubach's research is important but it provides only part of the picture.

The following series of images show how much the bladder, the bright white area in the lower right, increased in size during sexual arousal in one woman. Does it provide evidence to indicate the origin of female ejaculate in some instances? I know from personal experience that when my kidneys produce increased volumes of fluid it is clear and odorless when released from my bladder. Does sexual arousal in some women result in increased kidney output? These images were taken during research into the use of MRI to observe female sexual arousal and were not intended to provide evidence of the origins of female ejaculate.

What is Female Ejaculate?
Female ejaculate is a fluid that is expelled from the body through the urethra during sexual activities. When released in small quantities it may be a mucous like fluid having a clear, milky, or yellowish coloration. As the volume of the expelled fluid increases it becomes like clear water. In small quantities it may have a distinct scent that is musky or pungent but when the fluid increases in volume and becomes clear there is no longer a detectable scent. The fluid contains PSA and PAP, which are produced in the female prostate. Some of the components found in it, urea and creatinine, are also found in urine, but in much lower concentrations than are found in regular urine. When female prostatic fluids are found in urine they are in much smaller concentrations than in present in female ejaculate. The fluid released during ejaculation and urination are not the same though they may share some of the same substances. As the volume and appearance of female ejaculate changes it is likely that its composition changes too.

Women who expel fluid during orgasm report the color, smell, consistency, and even taste, varies from one occurrence to the next. (It is safe for a person to taste their own ejaculate, and for couples who already exchange body fluids but not for couples needing to practice safe sex.) Some have found their menstrual cycle influences the type of fluid expelled. What you eat is likely to have an affect on it, as will how much liquid you have consumed. Some women report it is sometimes clear and odorless and other times thick and pungent. Others report it sometimes looks and smells like urine, which I have found to be true only when a woman tries too hard to ejaculate. It is safe to say most women's ejaculate will vary over time and during a single sexual episode.

The following table compares the contents of male and female ejaculate, and female ejaculate and urine. Female ejaculate and urine contain the same substances found in male ejaculate. These common substances, PSA, PAP, & PSAP, are at a higher concentration in the ejaculate than they are in urine. This demonstrates they are not exactly the same thing. The female prostate contributes more to the ejaculate than it does to the urine. What we don't know for sure at this point is whether the female prostate gland contributes solely to the contents of female ejaculate, and there is much debate concerning this subject.

We know little about the function of the female prostate and its role within the body. At present it is known to have two primary functions. The first is produce and store prostatic fluid in ducts, which is the function of an exocrine gland. The prostatic fluid contains prostate-specific antigen (PSA), prostate-specific acid phosphatase (PSAP or PAP), and fructose, a sugar. The numerous ducts of the prostate drain into the urethra. "Pure prostatic fluid has not yet been isolated and it has been studied only as a component of the female ejaculate..." The second function is the releasing of hormones into the blood stream, as a result of stimulation by the nervous system; a process performed by neuroendocrine cells. The only hormone known to be produced by the female prostate in this way, as of the year 2000, was serotonin. Serotonin plays an active role in many functions of the body. The female prostate is thought to be influenced by estrogens, as the male prostate is influenced by androgens, but I am aware that the male prostate is also influenced by DHEA, a precusor to both estrogens and androgens. PAP has been found on the underwear of women when it has been in constant contact with the vulva indicating the prostate is always producing prostatic fluid, and this fluid production begins with the onset of puberty. At this point, we simply need to acknowledge the existence of this organ and that it plays a role in the normal functioning of the female body; it isn't a figment of any one's imagination.

The Female Prostate
During early fetal development both male and female fetuses start out being physically female. This does not change until a male fetus begins to produce its own hormones around the eighth week of gestation. Only then does the physical development of the male and female bodies diverge, and then less than many may presume. This necessitates that female fetuses initially have structures that could develop into either "male" or "female" reproductive and sexual organs. This means the tissue that develops into the male prostate gland, the urogenital sinus, must also be present in women. This results in woman having a prostate gland too.

The female prostate, urethra, and vagina are actually part of a solid structure, as indicated in the illustration shown below. The female prostate is shown this way to help you identify its location. The bottom image allows you to more clearly see the location of the female prostate within the body.

The first person known to have described the "female prostate" in Western medical literature was Reinier De Graaf (1641-1673) in the year 1672. He described it as a collection of functional glands and ducts surrounding the female urethra. He said the glands and ducts produced a "pituitoserous juice;" meaning it produces a thick mucous that is pale yellow or transparent in color. He said the function of this fluid was to make "women more libidinous with its pungency and saltiness and lubricates their sexual parts in agreeable fashion during coitus." Despite his observation modern Western medicine did not fully accept the concept of a "female prostate" until 2001 when the Federative Committee on Anatomical Terminology agreed to use this term in their next edition of Histology Terminology.

Where did the female prostate disappear to for 329 years? Prior to the 20th century the term "female prostate" was commonly used within medical research literature but during the 20th century the female prostate was usually described as vestigial, i.e. not fully developed and non-functional, and was identified as either paraurethral or Skene's glands. While the components of the female prostate were known to exist they were not seen as structures of interest or importance; with a few exceptions. Since modern medicine did not see the female prostate playing an active and necessary role in reproduction it wasn't essential to understand its function. The female prostate is not believed to be affected by disease on a frequent basis and this likely contributed to the lack of interest within doctor offices and hospitals. When the female prostate became a medical concern by becoming enlarged or causing discomfort during urination or intercourse it was called female urethral diverticulum or female prostatitis. I wonder how many urinary tract infections (UTIs) have been incorrectly diagnosed and treated?

The male prostate is an distinct organ that surrounds the male urethra but the female prostate lies within the wall and along the length of the female urethra, as indicated in the illustrations shown above and below. It is part of and contained within the wall of the urethra, and the urethra is contained within the wall of the vagina. The average size of the female prostate is 1.3 inches long, 0.75 inches wide, 0.4 inches in height (3.3 x 1.9 x 1 cm), and weighs about 0.2 ounces (5.2 grams). Which means it is a relatively small organ about the size of a woman's thumb. Despite its smaller size "it possesses all the structural components of the male prostate."

The image shown below demonstrates how the female urethra and vagina are contained within a common structure, as indicated by the circular outline that surrounds them. Anatomy illustrations usually lead us to believe they are two separate and distinct organs, which isn't true. They are drawn this way for the sake of visual clarity, but this can be misleading. This image helps us to understand why the female prostate is stimulated when the vaginal wall is stimulated, and why some women are susceptible to urinary tract infections (UTIs) after engaging in vagina intercourse. It also demonstrates how the vagina is a potential space rather than being an open cavity within the body.

The female prostate comes in many different shapes and sizes but the majority of women have a prostate that is positioned near the external urethral orifice, as shown above and below. When having this shape and placement it may cause the top wall of the vagina to project into the vaginal passage and the urethral meatus to project outward into the vestibule. When this occurs, you may not be able to see the actual glands of the prostate but you can see their affect on the surround tissues. In some women these projections are quite distinguished and noticeable, and increase during sexual arousal.

Female Body Fluids
Before discussing female ejaculation I will first address female body fluids in general. Our society, as well as most others, views all form of liquid that are produced by the female body with great disdain. Women are not permitted to engage in any activity that would expose others to their body fluids, and they are viewed as less than feminine and desirable if they do. Female body fluids are considered harmful by many and there are societies in which menstruating women are thought to cause crops to fail and livestock to die. This creates a significant barrier to sexual pleasure for women, as female body fluids are a normal and necessary part of sex.

Women are expected to maintain a dry pristine appearance regardless of the activities they participate in. Mothers once told their daughters it was unwise to engage in sports, as boys would see them sweaty and disheveled, and this was seen as unattractive. Today, deodorant and antiperspirant ads drive home the idea, "Do not let them see you sweat." Women are told they need special stronger deodorants made specially for them. Tampon and sanitary napkin advertising often emphasizes the product's ability to conceal a woman's menstruation from others more than their primary task of absorbing menses; yet in the process they remind us that women do menstruate. Most women would prefer to have their fingernails ripped out one by one rather than be seen having an "accident," menstruating in public. Society and the media serve to create a barrier between women and their sexual pleasure.

Sweaty men are seen as sexual, virile. Their manhood is measured by their ability to produce large quantities of semen. They write their name in the snow with their urine and see who can ejaculate the furthest. For men making a mess with their ejaculate is seen as unavoidable, normal, and is never questioned. It is even idolized in adult movies. Men can ejaculate on the face, in the mouth, and on and in the body of their partner and it is seen as normal and desirable. If a woman gets her body fluids on her partner that is another story, she has made a dirty mess. This is an interesting double standard. If a man can cover his partner with his body fluids a woman should be able to do the same.

Female sexuality is marred by these unwritten laws. Many women produce relatively large amounts of body fluids during sex. Especially if they are highly aroused for an extended period of time and/or experience female ejaculation. It is hard to relax and enjoy sex if you are worried about sweating heavily or producing too much vaginal lubrication. Since women have no control over the release of these body fluids some avoid sex all together rather than risk being seen as less than feminine by their partner.

Before a woman can learn to ejaculate, enjoy ejaculating, and enjoy sex in general she must accept all her bodily fluids as normal. She must not question the nature or quantity of her wetness, be it sweat, vaginal lubrication, menses, ejaculate, or liquid from her bladder. These fluids are a normal and natural part of women's lives. There is nothing that is inherently bad or harmful about them. A woman cannot allow herself to ejaculate and experience potentially earth-shattering orgasms if she cannot let go when the pressure or urge to ejaculate arises. As a result of the taboos concerning female body fluids the main motivation behind the studies into female ejaculation appears to be the determination of whether or not the expelled fluid is from the bladder. Some believe that if a woman ejaculates a liquid that is not from her bladder she is normal, but if it is from her bladder then she has a medical problem and is abnormal. Why the great debate over the exact nature of this fluid squirting from women's bodies? Does it really matter whether it is liquid from the bladder or ejaculate? If a woman gets a thrill out of squirting liquid from her bladder at the moment of orgasm are we to say she has a problem? Do we mean to take this pleasure away from her? If a woman squirts liquid from her bladder at the moment of orgasm, let her, if she ejaculates uncontrollably, so be it. It is not our place to judge a woman's sexual pleasure.

There are two possible reasons why women may release fluid through their urethra during their sexual activities. The first is female ejaculation, the second urinary incontinence. How does a woman know which she is experiencing?

"It has also been questioned that women could sometimes erroneously correlate their coital incontinence to specific moments of intercourse for the not complete [incomplete] awareness of female ejaculation. However, only a negligible proportion of women has doubts about this; therefore, female ejaculation does not seem to play an important role in this issue. In a recent study, Cartwright et al. reported that women referring female ejaculation with no subjective doubts of coital or other forms of urinary incontinence have to be considered as reliable, and that in this case, further investigation is not required." From this quote we might conclude, a woman knows best. Generally speaking, women know instinctively whether they are experiencing female ejaculation or urinary incontinence. If a woman suspects she is experiencing urinary incontinence then the only way to know for sure is to seek out a medical diagnosis, and if desired, medical treatment. If a woman knows she is experiencing female ejaculation then no further action is required, especially given in the absence of medically diagnosed urinary incontinence there is no "cure" for it.

There is some debate as to whether the release of fluid through the urethra during sex even constitutes a possible medical condition, or simply normal female sexual function. Given that 43 percent of women report they have experienced female ejaculation while masturbating, and 46 percent have not, the odds are that it can't be a totally abnormal experience. Indeed, medical research has thus far ruled out disease in some cases of female ejaculation.

If you are looking for information on diagnosing female urinary incontinence, which occurs during your sexual activities, the medical source quoted above may provide a good starting point; medical terminology is utilized in the report. Based on my layman's perception of the medical community's understanding of female urology and sexual anatomy, surgical treatments should not be taken lightly. If you experience urinary incontinence only during your sexual experiences, perhaps the best solution is to grab a towel and enjoy yourself; please don't take this for medical advise, it is only my personal opinion.

NEW YORK (Reuters Health) – Two Indiana University surveys suggest that vibrator use during sexual encounters is common among American men and women and is linked to better sexual health.

Dr. Debra Herbenick and colleagues surveyed 2,056 women between 18 and 60 years old and found that more than half of the women (52.5%) had used a vibrator, with nearly 1 in 4 having done so in the past month.

Women who used vibrators were more likely to have had gynecologic check up within the past year and were also more likely to have performed a genital self-exam within the past month.

In addition, women who used vibrators, and particularly recent users, reported more desire, arousal, lubrication, and orgasm, and less pain.

Most women (71.5%) said they never had any side effects associated with vibrator use and side effects that did occur were generally not severe or long-lasting.

Dr. Michael Reece and colleagues surveyed 1,047 men, also between 18 and 60 years old and found that, for both solo and partnered sexual activities, 44.8% of the men had used a vibrator at some point in their lives, with 10.0% having done so in the last month, 14.2% within the past year, and 20.5% at some point more than a year ago.

"Men who used vibrators, particularly those with recent use, were more likely to report participation in sexual health promoting behaviors, such as testicular self-exam," Reece and colleagues report.

In addition, men who reported recent vibrator use scored themselves higher on sexual desire, erectile function and satisfaction with sex and orgasms, than men who did not report recent vibrator use.

In an Indiana University-issued statement, Herbenick said: "The study about women's vibrator use affirms what many doctors and therapists have known for decades -- that vibrator use is common, it's linked to positive sexual function such as desire and ease of orgasm, and it's rarely associated with any side effects."

"The study about male vibrator use," Reece added, "is additionally important because it shows that vibrator use is also common among men, something that has not been documented before."

"Also, both studies help us to further understand the way in which American consumers are turning to the marketplace for products that promote their sexual health," Reece said.

The surveys, which were sponsored by condom manufacturer Church & Dwight Company, appear in the latest issue of the Journal of Sexual Medicine.

Brown Bag Parties files siut against Pure Romance

Brown Bag Parties Home Office has filed suit against Pure Romance and their CEO Christopher Cicchinelli for Slander, Libel and Assault. I have copied and pasted the information directly here but you can follow the link below to follow this lawsuit.

Of course none of us really know what the details are here. However, in my personal opinion this is going to cause a "war" between BBP and PR Consultants. I am looking forward to seeing what happens in this case and the case Pure Romance filed against the Reps that left to go to Brown Bag Parties.

My only thought is this: Slander/Libel is a very hard case to prove. It is going to be a very difficult for BBP to provide sufficient proof to win that part of the case without a "smoking gun" type of document. Let's watch and see what happens from here. Good Luck to all parties involved.

Seven women violated non-compete deal, suit says

A Loveland company is suing seven women across the Midwest in a Hamilton County court, accusing them of violating a non-compete clause in their employment contract when they started selling for a competing sex toy company.

Pure Romance Parties Inc. filed the suit last week, suing women in Nebraska, Iowa and Michigan.

The suit accuses each woman of working for a competing company - Brown Bag Party - after signing an agreement in which they would sell Pure Romance products. That agreement also prevented them from working for a competitor for a year after they left Pure Romance.

As consultants, the women set up and/or host parties where Pure Romance products were exhibited and sold, earning a commission on the sales. The women apparently changed companies because the new company paid higher sales commissions.

The issue is a serious and potentially costly one for Pure Romance.

The company is worried about competition for the sex-toy and relationship-enhancement business. It did about $90 million in sales last year, up about 30 percent from two years before. The company's Web site notes it has 80 employees and tens of thousands of consultants.

The suit singles out one woman - Cheri Patterson of Omaha, Neb. - for several of the allegations.

Patterson hung up when called Friday, but an Internet search listed Patterson as a consultant with Pure Romance with a different telephone number in Omaha.

A message left on that number noted Patterson now is a consultant for Brown Bag Party.

Patterson's MySpace page lists her as a consultant for Brown Bag Party because "They Pay 50%," an apparent reference to sales commissions.

Founded in 1993 by Patty Brisben, Pure Romance - which uses a theme "Not Your Typical Party, Not Your Typical Consultants!" - products aren't sold in stores but at parties or by consultants hired by the company.

Calls and e-mails sent Friday to Pure Romance weren't immediately returned.

The case is next in court April 30 for a Pure Romance request for a restraining order preventing the women from competing against Pure Romance or contacting its clients and customers on behalf of other companies.

The suit seeks at least $50,000 in damages.

A phobia is an intense fear of a specific object or situation that a person would avoid which many people would not even get bothered about.

Some people have phobias that deal with heights, insects or spiders, high places, lightening, enclosed spaces etc. Living with any kind of phobias is quite difficult but if one suffers from sexual phobia (phobia related to sex) then it will affect both his social and sexual life altogether.

Could a simple kiss, hug or touch give an individual a panic attack? Yes, people suffering from sexual phobia can have severe anxiety or panic attacks when exposed to such situations or at the mere thought of being in such a situation. For such having sex or even touching genitals can be filled with feelings of revulsion or anxiety.

The symptoms consist of breathlessness, nausea, sweating, rapid breathing and overall feelings of dread. However, everyone experiences sexual phobia in their own way and may have different symptoms.

Coitophobia or Genophobia is the fear of sex or sexual conjunction which can cause panic attacks in some people taking them away from their loved ones.

Erotophobia – ‘Eros’ name of the Greek God of love and ‘phobia’ for fear. It is the common form of sexual phobia and people in this category do not like talking about sex, will react in negative manner to sexually explicit material and have sex in lesser frequency. Such individuals will not adopt any birth control methods due to less awareness and rare knowledge about human sexuality.

Erotophilia, people having this form of sexual phobia don’t have much of a guilt feeling about having sex and are a bit more open than erotophobes when it comes to talking openly about sex. They don’t have negative attitude towards sexually explicit materials. Well, we can say they are much better off than erotophobes.

Eurotophobia or Kolopophobia is an abnormal fear of female sexual organs or genitals which is quite common among people causing them needless worry. Many individuals with this phobia experience the fear all the time while others just in response to direct stimuli. Everyone reacts differently and have their unique formula for, when and how to feel bad.

The scientists are not able to cite the cause for such fears but, they say that it’s linked to the past experiences where emotional trauma must have been linked to genitals or sexual organs and because of that experience the subconscious mind creates a protective shield in the form of phobias. The emotion can be triggered by either sexual harassment in the childhood or being exposed to myriad, benign events like movies, TV, or perhaps seeing someone else experience trauma.

Parthenophobia – An individual with such phobia has abnormal and persistent fear of virgins/young girls. People with such phobia know very well that it is a baseless phobia and many times they do think about facing the situation but have panic attack when exposed to such situations. Such people lead a life full of loneliness and anxiety. They feel hardened to attend social functions or gathering as the thought of being close to virgins, fills them with severe anxiety.

Gymnophobia -- The word is derived from the Greek words gymnos (naked) and phobos (fear). Such individuals fear and have anxiety about being seen naked or seeing others naked even in socially acceptable situations. Gymnophobes know that their fear are irrational but still experience their fear of nudity either in front of all people, or only certain people. The fear comes out from the feeling of inferiority as they consider their bodies physically inferior when compared to the idealized images or some ideal figure portrayed by the media.

Tocophobia, derived from Greek words "tocos" means childbirth and phobos means fear. It is an abnormal and persistent fear of becoming pregnant or fear of childbirth. The symptoms consist of nightmares, difficulty in concentrating on work or on family activities, panic attacks and psychosomatic complaints.

This type of phobia arises from history of difficult childbirth previously, fear of pain in general or inadequate pain relief. Some times in developing countries women are forced to become a mother several times until she gives birth to a baby boy. Women become weak and fragile due to multiple pregnancies and thus they don't have the energy and the interest to become a mother once more.

Molysmophobia and Molysomophobia is an abnormal fear of infection or contamination.

Oneirogmophobia is an abnormal fear of wet dreams. Just like other sexual phobias it hinders with an individuals social life and can trigger panic attacks and severe anxiety.

Do not think you are the only one suffering from sexual phobia as it is the most common unspoken problem among many people. Make an appointment with a psychologist immediately if you feel your fear has reached phobic proportions and lead a contended sexual life.

Erection occurs at the moment when blood fills penis and a zone, which is between men’s legs. But firstly the brain and the spinal cords send signals which are transmitted to the parasympatic nervous system. (a component of the involuntary nervous system)

THE WAY THE NERVOUS SYSTEM RULES AND TRIGGERS THE ERECTION

The following things happen to trigger and control the erection:
-Genital zone and sensorial bodies are being stimulated. Impulses run through nerves and the spinal cords to the brain. At the end of the journey they achieve the upper zones of the brain. The task of the brain is to recognize the impulses and send them as something sexual. But also the thoughts which brain produces may be recognized as something sexual.

-After recognition of sexual impulses, the signals are sent towards the limbic system, which is located at the lower zone of the brain. Limbic system is known to produce the feeling of excitement.
-Then the limbic system sends signals to the spinal cord and out to the genital zone where they go through special kind of nerves which are titled nervi erigentes. They constitute a part of the whole nervous system
-After achieving the penis and the genital area, engorgement between the men’s legs is observed.
-There is no need in stimulating the penis or the genital area to achieve the brain to cause the erection. Spinal cords’ areas can recognize the stimulation and get excitement. After that, the spinal cord sends impulses back to the genital zone.
-The erection can stimulate the sensorial bodies within the genital zone mechanically. The process of the erections is self enforcing.

ANATOMY OF THE ERECTION

There are three bodies in the penis consisting of the set of elastic blood vessels with small muscles on the walls. These bodies are called the erectile bodies. There also exist 2 paired bodies which are located at the upper side of the urethra, which are called corpora cavernosa. And one body is located around the urethra. It’s titled corpus spongiosum.
The ability of vessels muscles is to press the volume or relax, making vessels widen. Vessels circulate blood around erectile bodies. Moreover, they can relax and constrict to regulate blood flow. The erectile zones are located not only in the penis, but also between legs, near the anal area.

WHAT OCCURS WHEN THE ERECTION HAPPENS

Below there are events which occur in genital zone when the erection happens:
-After signals sent by the brain and the spinal cords achieve the penis nerve ends and the genital area, such a component as nitric oxide is released
- Then nitric oxide gets located all over the penis and the genital area. And after that it triggers such reactions:
-Those blood vessels which run to the erectile bodies get relaxed. Due to this, greater amount of blood runs to the penis.
-Those blood vessels which run from the erectile bodies strengthen. Due to this, blood doesn’t leave the genitals.
-Then smooth muscles, around the erectile bodies, relax making vessels widen.
-The blood, which runs to the erectile bodies, is filling up the vessels of these bodies enlarging their volume.
-As a result, the inflated bodies harden and straighten influencing the penis and making it erect.
-When full erection is achieved, the penis becomes hard and stands straight, because the area which is between the legs is filled with blood fixing the phallus

Fake it Till you Make it?

This term has been being thrown around a lot lately. I have seen it discussed on youtube.com, a few mommy boards, a couple of my team members asked me more about it, and it there is a discussion about this on my team board as well.

I am going to give my honest opinion of this term "Fake it till you make it".

This strategy was actually designed to assist people with personal depressions and alcohol abuse. It is designed to assist someone who is trying to get well. If your an alcoholic- you would start your therapy by taking the normal one day at a time thought and keep telling yourself you are a no longer an alcoholic. I know that it worked well in this capacity.

When used in a business capacity- I have seen this very strategy chew up and spit people out. The failure rate is very high for this in business because the term is taken way to literally. The word "Fake" is a word that is NOT positive in my eyes.

While it can be very helpful for a business person to put themselves in a role they would like to be in- they shouldn't FAKE being in that role. If you are a secretary- you do not tell people or present yourself as a Lawyer. If you are a sales person you would not tell people or present yourself as a Store Manager. This is a HUGE misconception to the strategy and it becomes very hard for people to separate what to FAKE and what not to FAKE. This is NOT a shortcut to success, it's a shortcut to confusion and possibly to failure.

My thought process for business is this: Be Real. Be honest. Work Hard. Make Goals. If you are a sales person and you want to be a Store Manager, write down the goal. Figure out what it takes to be Store Manager and what steps you need to take. Work hard on those steps, and tell yourself every day that you are ONE DAY closer to your goal! You can tell yourself that one day, you will be the Store Manager. Keep excited about it and keep working for it. You can keep yourself motivated by working the system with a buddy, keeping a journal or asking a friend to help you.

I really have a hard time believing in anything that makes people believe they are not good enough at the level they are at. Everyone has to start at the bottom and earn their way to the top. This is the only way to truly succeed and know that you EARNED it, step by step!

Here is a few examples of mistakes I have seen Reps do in Direct Sales.

A New Rep is doing her 3rd party in her 4th week- She is asked how long she has been in the business. She gets butterflies in her stomach and says " A few months". The customer who asked thought she was doing a fantastic party and would have been extremely impressed if she said "Actually, this is my 3rd party and I am new to the business- How do you think I am doing?"

Jane Doe has been in the business for 6 months and has not recruited anyone in her downline as of yet, she wanted to master the art of selling first and really just decided it would be time to start building a team. She is asked if she has brought anyone into the business and how she trains her people. She says " Yes, I have recruited people and I do training over the phone and we have team meetings at my upline's house". She could have said " I have not recruited anyone as of yet. I was getting more comfortable with the business. I am really excited because I would love to talk to you about the business- you never know, you could be my first recruit..... you can be my number 1!"

A seasoned Rep meets another Rep from a different company who has a higher rank than her. Instead of befriending her or respecting how hard she has worked and take advantage of talking with her, the Rep becomes intimidated. She then over exaggerates the amount of people on her team, the amount of sales her team products, how many personal recruits she has, etc. This is a HUGE mistake. She had made all your hard work and your teams hard work seem insignificant! She needs to be proud of what she and her team has accomplished no matter how big or small!

A conversation among Reps leads to a conversation about business apparel. One Rep is very passionate that she feels wearing sneakers is not professional business apparel and she NEVER wears sneakers to any type of business meeting, party or event. This was very unfortunate because there are pictures of a 2 day workshop in Texas on the company website. These picture clearly show this particular Rep wearing sneakers on both days at the workshop. She could have said "I have worn sneakers before but have decided as of last month that I will not do that again. I realized that if I wanted to be taken as a professional- I need to dress as a professional."

These are situations where someone is using "Fake it till you make it" strategy in a negative manner. The term was taken literally and it will cause problems for them in their business.

I guess I am old school and want to see people represent themselves with pride and dignity. Everyone should be proud of each new step they take in their business. Take advantage of trainings. go to meetings, get on calls and chats, participate in team or company discussions and be yourself! There is NOTHING wrong with being yourself and having goals to reach the top!

And, being the good client that I am, I followed their advice. I “acted as if” and “faked it” for years. Here’s the question you need to ask yourself: How’s that working for you?

Have your dreams come true? Probably not - at least not to the level you would like. Here’s why: When you’re faking it, you KNOW you’re faking it. And your constant awareness of “acting” or being “fake” actually takes you out of the energy and momentum of making the changes you need to make. You are being constantly reminded that you haven’t made it yet. That’s just the way the brain works.

I realized that the more I “acted as if”, the more I felt like an imposter. The more I felt like an imposter, the less I was able to produce the results I wanted.

What’s the solution? Become a creature of habit. Humans are naturally creatures of habits. Behaviorists estimate that 90-95% of everything we do is actually habit – from the way we put on our shoes, to brushing our teeth (or not!), to the way we think about things and the attitude we have about them.

I realized that the difference between successful people and me wasn’t my desire for success. I had plenty of that. The real difference was our habits – what we did habitually every day to move us toward or away from our dreams. When I was honest with myself, I saw the habits I had been using had led me to exactly where I was at the time. When I made the shift to developing the habits of success, everything shifted. Everything – business, relationships, health, you name it.

Think about your habits. What are your success habits – the habits that move you toward success? What habits do you have that hold you back? (Notice how you answered these questions…Are you responding in the same old way? Not taking the time to respond? However you are responding to the act of answering these questions is just a habit.) Take this opportunity to be honest with yourself and look at your habits. The key to success is making your habits work FOR you rather than against you. When your habits work for you, everything is more effortless – your attitudes, beliefs, and actions are all lined up together. For you to have the success you want – the effortless success you want – What would you have to think about habitually? What would you have to do habitually? What would you have to believe habitually? What would you have to focus on habitually? What sort of attitude would you have to have habitually?

When you develop the habits of success, you don’t have to fake it or act as if anymore. Your habits will naturally, quickly, and effortlessly move you in the direction of your dreams. No faking.

Seeking to organize sex-positive retailers, organizations, distributors, and manufacturers in the adult industry into a powerful force for change and progress, the SHEE adult trade association will debut January 25, 2009 with its 2nd annual Love LA Show at the Music Box/Henry Fonda Theater in Hollywood, CA.

The brainchild of a collective group of attendees at last year’s debut Love LA event, the SHEE group (which stands for Sexual Health, Education, and Entertainment – www.sheegroup.org) mission will be to cast sexuality under the umbrella of overall health, focusing on promoting healthy sexuality as vital to not only sustaining relationships/marriages, but as an undeniable component of overall well-being.

SHEE will bring together a wide variety of companies, educators, retailers, experts, and medical health professionals to assist in redefining the landscape under which the adult industry is defined. SHEE will also be a resource for members to provide and dispense information, including new and present product offerings, training (in the form of video, text, and audio), distribution points, services, and pricing, as well as a vehicle for which accurate information is propelled into the mainstream consciousness.

As a not-for-profit organization, funding will be provided by revenue generated at several planned “Love” events, as well as private contributions, membership dues, and advertising on its website and planned newsletter publication.

“Our goal is to create an unbiased, reliable repository of sex-positive information accessible to professionals seeking to better people’s lives through the dissemination of accurate information, safe and effective products, fun and dignified retail outlets, and credentialed professionals spreading accurate and timely sex-related information,” said Love LA creator Ian Denchasy.

“As we build SHEE company by company, I envision some sort of independent product testing matrix, a set of guidelines for adult stores and websites to have at our disposal, and perhaps even a credit union or fund in which adult companies and entrepreneurs could obtain small loans or lines of credit at competitive rates.” Metis Black, president of Tantus added, “It’s time we distinguished ourselves from some of the negative elements that have dragged down our overall public image – SHEE is a great way to begin to build the new sex industry and move it forward.”

The Smart Mom

Once upon a time there was a very Smart Mom. She lived in a nice little house and had 3 children. She was a SAHM and worked very hard to keep her nice little house clean and raised her Smart Kids. Every morning they ate doughnuts and watched Regid & Kelly before spending the rest of the day watching thier soaps,shopping or eating. They all complained how hard life was, they need more money and children were not behaving. Smart Mom didn't have time to join them as she would prefer to be more constructive and caring for her home anf family.

Larry Flynt is asking for a bailout.
WASHINGTON (CNN) — Another major American industry is asking for assistance as the global financial crisis continues: Hustler publisher Larry Flynt and Girls Gone Wild CEO Joe Francis said Wednesday they will request that Congress allocate $5 billion for a bailout of the adult entertainment industry.

“The take here is that everyone and their mother want to be bailed out from the banks to the big three,” said Owen Moogan, spokesman for Larry Flynt. “The porn industry has been hurt by the downturn like everyone else and they are going to ask for the $5 billion. Is it the most serious thing in the world? Is it going to make the lives of Americans better if it happens? It is not for them to determine.”

Francis said in a statement that “the US government should actively support the adult industry's survival and growth, just as it feels the need to support any other industry cherished by the American people."

“We should be delivering [the request] by the end of today to our congressmen and [Secretary of the Treasury Henry] Paulson asking for this $5 billion dollar bailout,” he told CNN Wednesday.

Flynt and Francis concede the industry itself is in no financial danger — DVD sales have slipped over the past year, but Web traffic has continued to grow.

But the industry leaders said the issue is a nation in need. "People are too depressed to be sexually active," Flynt said in the statement. "This is very unhealthy as a nation. Americans can do without cars and such but they cannot do without sex."

"With all this economic misery and people losing all that money, sex is the farthest thing from their mind. It's time for congress to rejuvenate the sexual appetite of America. The only way they can do this is by supporting the adult industry and doing it quickly."

So far, there has been no congressional reaction to the request.

It’s a good exercise for you to be involved but not too serious with more than one person, because it’ll help to dismantle your unflinching sense of standards. Think about it- how can you hold three delightfully different people, each with their own separate identities, to the same rigid criteria? Each of them has something to offer you that the others can’t, something you can appreciate more about them because it’s unique. Sagittarius is always trying to elevate and improve themselves, but they also tend to have short-term memory, forgetting the next level of consciousness they gained as soon as it’s achieved, almost like what happens in reincarnation except all in one life. Your sex life is certainly no exception to this rule, as you’re one of those people who makes declarations of undying love to your interests, and then just as you’ve snagged them, decide that maybe you shouldn’t be so exclusive because you’re not on the same vibration. As the month progresses, you’ll notice that your expression of your desires will be a lot clearer and more direct- even your expression of the more unconventional desires you have. 5 Signs It's Time to Move On

When you landed that new job, the world looked great. Now it's been a while, and one of your worst fears has come true -- you're unhappy in your job. When you're spending at least five days a week at work, it makes sense that you'd want to like what you're doing. But there are times when you're in a position or company that doesn't work for you.

If you're unhappy with your job -- and everybody around you probably already knows it -- it might be time for a career transition. Results from an Experience.com survey provide some insight into making the change. According to the survey, the top signal that it's time to transition to a new job is not the boss yelling at you. In fact, the number-one warning sign is:

* Your job has become boring. Most people are not in it just for the money. On the contrary, they're looking for something that gives them the chance to make a difference. If, in fact, you're finding a lack of intellectual stimulation and challenge, you have lots of company -- nearly 30 percent of respondents cited this as their biggest indicator it's time to leave a job.

* Another warning signal to workers that it may be time to make a transition is the lack of growth opportunities. If you're in a dead end job, with no place to move (unless a lot of people grow old and retire), you're in trouble. Twenty-two percent of respondents felt trapped in a position with little room for career progression.

* Others felt they were receiving inadequate pay or benefits. It may not all be about money, but some of it certainly is. Do you feel underpaid? Do you have lousy (or no) benefits? Seventeen percent of employees feel the economic pinch, and when that happens, may have to decide whether their job is really worth it.

* Work friends are very important. If your relationships with co-workers have gone bad, that's a definite sign that it's time to move on. Seventeen percent of those surveyed agreed -- if you're not getting along, you're going to feel like you're suffocating.

* Lack of investment in the company's goals/mission. This is more than just a self-esteem thing, but was mentioned by 13% of the respondents as a key factor indicating a career change. You need to be part of the big picture, or you're not in the picture at all.

Once you encounter the warning signs that it might be time to make a career transition, how long do you wait before you leave?

Most people (52%) said they would wait at least a year to see if it improved. Others were not as patient and hopeful. Thirty-two percent of respondents said they would quit as soon as they found another job, while 16% reported they would stay no longer than six months.

"When you clearly communicate you are under-challenged, wait a few months to see if your superior responds, and if not, it's time to take your knowledge and expertise to a company that will let you grow," one respondent said.

Read on to find out the 10 symptoms you shouldn't ignore… You Get Top PriorityMore often than not, it's the smart, educated woman who puts off going to the doctor, even when going to the doctor should be a top priority, says Judy Kinzy, M.D., an internal medicine specialist in Knoxville, Tenn. It's not unusual for a woman to finally come in long after a symptom has persisted. "They read about it and try to figure it out on their own," Kinzy says. "They don't think about possible consequences. Bottom line, they don't really want to have to deal with it." But not dealing with a persistent symptom can be dangerous – and can even lead to a chronic or fatal disease. Women should see a doctor if they experience any of the following symptoms:1. Acute Fatigue Let's face it: Women are used to being tired. Who doesn't have a "to do" list that's book length. Feed cat, take children to park, finish project at work, get mechanic to listen to weird sound in car, learn Photoshop, use up eggplant in fridge, check on Mom and Dad… and on and on and on. Overload leads to fatigue, but when low energy and exhaustion seem out of proportion to your day-to-day activities and continue for more than two weeks, see a doctor. Acute fatigue can be a difficult symptom to diagnose, Kinzy says, but that doesn't mean you should ignore it. If the mole is A, asymmetrical; B, has uneven borders; C, has changed in color; or D, changed in diameter, see a dermatologist immediately. Any changes in your skin, such as a growth or a sore that won't heal, are also potential indicators of melanoma.9. Breast LumpsExamine your breasts monthly to detect any new masses or lumps and have a yearly breast exam. It might sound funny, but you should be able to read your breasts like a map. That way, you'll be able to recognize an unusual mass or lump and have it evaluated right away. Potentially cancerous lumps usually feel like small stones or rocks in your breast, Kinzy says. What Can A Woman Do To Increase Her Libido

Libido/Sex Drive vs. Sexual Arousal..
There's a large difference between sexual desire and physical arousal: Desire (or libido) refers to your interest in sex, while arousal relates to your body's physical response, such as vaginal lubrication or clitoral erection. There can be a relationship between a woman's libido and sexual arousal as those women with a greater libido often find it easier to get aroused. The opposite is also true with those women with a lower libido finding it much harder to get aroused. The whole idea then is to increase the sex drive and thus your body will respond by being aroused much easier.

~ Below are reasons that may lower sex drive and suggest ways that may help you boost you libido.

1. Situation and Lifestyle
The older we women get the more responsibilities that we have to handle. When we were younger most of us had higher sex drives that can take as huge fall when we get older. The time between work, kids, friendships, hobbies and homemaking doesn't leave much time for sex. Then when you find you have a litlle spare time often the last things you feel is sexual or in need of any sexual contact; women often just want to read a good book, watch some TV or catch up on a little sleep. It not that us ladies don't want to have sex it has just some how become a low priority.
Ladies we must all remember that sex is a very important part of any adult relationship. It may mean you have to be a little practical and schedule sex into the calendar. This may sound a little funny but if that is the only way to make sure that you have a chance for lovemaking then it must be done.
Assign one or two nights a week when you spend quality romantic time with oyur partner. It is easy to get stuck in a groove and familiarity can be a big libido killer. Many women's ideal is to be in a monogamous relationship but after 20 years it is perfectly normal to be bored or uninspired by your partner. By this time you have tried most things and have ruled out or forgotten about anything you haven't tried. This can also apply to couples who have been dating for less than six months as they too can get into a sexual rut after the first flush of puppy love has gone away. It can end up with you using the missionary position every time you get it on like on a Monday, Wednesday and Saturday night. It is fine but everyone needs a bit of variety and spontaneity in their lives.
It is time now to get back to basics and to those sexual routes. Try to approach sex as a brand new experience and forget about everything that you like and don't like. If talking to one another doesn't work then maybe it means trying a counsellor or therapist to move things in a positive direction. If that doesn't work then maybe it is time to see a sex therapist as there maybe problems that are deep rooted that even you are not aware of. I am afraid to say though if all else fails then it may just mean that a relationship has run its course and it is time to say goodbye. It maybe a sad moment but sex is an important part of your life and a relationship and you must enjoy it.
5. Body Complex
No one is ever one hundred percent satisfied with their own body as I have covered in other parts of my website. It maybe those extra large love-handles or those bingo wings or maybe even an issue with your small breasts. The truth is that to feel positive about sex then you must be happy with your own body. As I have said we all have imperfections (perceived or real) and it time to accept them and live with them. If you can't then you may need to take some further action.

6. Getting Older
Age catches up with us all and does take a toll on our bodies. There is a loss of bone mass, susceptibility to illness, painful joints, grey hair, sagging flesh and the list goes on. Menopause and decreased testosterone (yes in women too) production are the reasons for decrease in libido but fear, anxiety and depression from aging can contribute too.
If you are going through the menopause, it is important that you understand the changes taking place in your own body. It may mean seeking out your doctor about treatment for the physical changes that are taking place and affecting the sex drive. The use of Estrogens in any forms can increase blood flow to the vagina and increase arousal thus leading to increased desire. Hormone therapy that includes low dose androgens has been shown to be particularly effective at increasing low libido. There may even be something as easy as the use of lubricants to get an immediate effect if you are experiencing vaginal dryness.
7. Sexual Abuse
Those people that have been unfortunate to suffer sexual abuse can later then have a difficult time with physical intimacy. It is a natural reaction and it takes time and understanding for both the mind and boy to deal with these painful experiences, but there is little attention paid to our sexuality. Please if this applies to you know that many people who have suffered sexual assault have gone on to have healthy and full sexual relationships. It takes time, patience, understanding and some counselling. This cannot be rushed and you must take your time and only become intimate when you are ready too! Never ever let anyone pressure you into something you feel uncomfortable about.
8. Medication
It is widely known that the effect of birth control pills (also when combined with oral contraceptives) leads to a lowered libido. The decreased androgen production or lowered testosterone levels can cause women to experience a lower libido and less vaginal lubrication.
There are other medications that also dampen desire such as tranquilisers, high blood pressure pills and mood stabilizer amongst many. It must also be noted that even mediation that isn't anyway connected to sexual; arousal can have an adverse affect on sexual desire. When talking to your doctor about any new medication and finding that it may alter your libido it might be best to ask if there maybe a viable alternative.
Depression seems to be a part of modern life. If you are feeling down and cannot shake the feeling it may mean you have depression. If you feel this way then it maybe time to see you doctor. Depression will make many people listless, drowsy, sad, angry, upset and very emotional. Depression will have a very noticeable effect on libido. It is known that as many as seventy five percent of people with depression also suffer a lowered sex drive.
The very drugs that are used to treat depression (MAOI's, SSRI's and tricyclics) can also lead to sexual dysfunction, such as a delay in orgasm and lead to an adverse affect on the level of sexual desire.
There have been changes in the last few years that have given hope to people in this situation. There are drugs such as Viagra(r) with antidepressants. Then there may be the use of herbal remedies such a Ginkgo Bilboa, which is thought to help with lack of desire related to taking Paxil or other antidepressants. The there may also be Wellbutrin that has been shown to combat reduced sexual desire.
Please, though whatever you decide or look into always consult you doctor before any changing of medication or stopping your medications.
9. Medical Problems
There are many numbers of medical disorders that can lower libido such as a thyroid problem or hormone deficiency (especially in older people). A metabolic disorder; anything that adversely affects you metabolism (including an eating disorder, accident, trauma or illness) will obviously cause a lowered libido; it is also true to note that one in five American women have hypoactive sexual desire disorder (HSDD), more comely know as a low sex drive. If you have ruled out all other reasons to why you have a low sex drive then consult you doctor. You may have a readily curable medical condition.
Conclusion
There isn't such a thing as a normal libido we are all different and have different sex drives. If you feel frustrated by lack of sexual appetite, take it easy. . Your personal sense of normality is defined by how you feel about your sexuality and whether or not you're happy with how you are expressing it. If you are comfortable about your sexuality then congratulations; if however you feel that you may need a gentle push; then explore the remedies suggested here. There is though no miracle cure some of the suggestions here have worked for other people but may not work for you. It may just take time and patience.
